Members of facilitated groups cultivate opportunities for growth through a variety of creative approaches. They do not just talk, they experience. Groups are supportive, dynamic, and interactive. Members offer eachother a sense of connection and community.
Well-Being groups provide experiential activities, exercises, educational hand-outs, and guided expressive approaches for positive inner transformation. Approaches may include discussion, imagery, journaling, and basic art materials such as collage.
